Can I return / exchange an item?
We do not accept returns - our gallery pays artists upon sale - With exception: proof of damage upon delivery. Each package is insured and large artwork will be insured with the cost worked in your shipping price. We will refund / replace damaged goods. Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Please call or inquire RBBartgifts@gmail.com (mailto:RBBartgifts@gmail.com)as soon as you notice an error in your order. We will try to accommodate, however after you have received "your order has shipped" email your order is on the way and may not be modified.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days - we ship through UPS and your product is usually delivered within a week. Contact RBBartgifts@gmail.com (mailto:RBBartgifts@gmail.com)with concerns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please email RBBartgifts@gmail.com (mailto:RBBartgifts@gmail.com)and we can process international shipping orders over-the-phone and the customer will be charged the shipping cost separately.
