Gail Blüm is an architect and artist from Duluth. She is an enthusiastic collector of beautiful beach sticks and stones from the shores of Lake Superior. For 15 years she has been creating simple and elegant necklaces from small beach stones with semi- precious stone beads as accents. Each necklace is strung with braided Muskie line and is length adjustable to work with many necklines. The beach stones are drilled, warmed and treated with beeswax to bring out their luster. Rubbing the stone will remove any scratches.
